Psychiatric Services

PMHC has Board Certified licensed child and adult psychiatrists who perform Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations and Comprehensive Autism Assessments. Our team of qualified psychiatrists have experience in treating infants through adults.

Our doctors can also provide ongoing medication management for individuals who actively participate in any of the other services offered by PMHC. Our child psychiatrists have expertise in treating children with Autism.

Psychiatric services are available to any client as an adjunct to ongoing treatment in one of our other service departments. PMHC also provides Telehealth Psychiatric Services at all of its school and autism program sites.

Telehealth Services

Individual/Family/Couples Therapy

Individual Therapy is one-to-one counseling provided by a Master’s-Level or Doctoral level Clinician and is available to children, adolescents, and their families, and adults.

At PMHC, we view behavioral health as a family matter and try to engage family members in supportive therapeutic sessions whenever possible. We also offer adult family therapy and couples therapy.

Mobile Mental Health Services

Mobile Mental Health Services is individual therapy that is provided in the home or nursing facility. This service is available to an adult who has a medical condition or disability that limits his/her ability to come into the office for regular sessions. As with Individual Therapy, Mobile Mental Health is performed by a qualified Master’s-Level or Doctoral Level clinician.

Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) School/Home/Community Services

Supporting children and adolescents who have emotional and/or behavior problems that may impede their ability to learn in a classroom-school setting. The school-based team works with the them, their school staff, and family to help them succeed in school and across all settings.

IBHS services are available at both PMHC/DVCC locations and provided to anyone within our catchment areas.

Interventions include: 1:1 Counseling, Group therapy, Behavioral therapy, and Classroom support & staff consultation.
